Stanton Peele, PhD., J.D., is a seminal researcher, writer, lecturer, and clinician in the field of addiction. Starting with his publication of Love an Addiction in 1975, Dr. Peele has pioneered the ideas that addiction isn't limited to drugs, of social-environmental causes and treatments for addiction, and of harm reduction as both a treatment option and policy innovation.
