PAULA DIMEO GRANT, RN, BSN, MA, JD

Ms. Grant is a nurse attorney admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and currently is in private practice. Her experience includes litigation and mediation. Since 1991, she has served as a mediator for the Superior Court of the District of Columbia primarily mediating medical malpractice and personal injury cases.

From 1998-2004 she served as Of Counsel to the law firm of Ross & Hardies and its successor McGuire Woods LLP. Ms. Grant is a registered nurse with an advanced degree in nursing education. She has developed legal nurse consulting programs and has lectured on nursing and the law. She has also published on the subject. Ms. Grant is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International and is past president of The American Association of Nurse Attorneys Foundation.
