LISA PERLA, MSN, FNP, CNRN, CRRN

Lisa Perla has a broad range of experience in the field of intensive care, neurologic, oncologic and transplant nursing. Lisa is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner, a Certified Neuroscience and Rehabilitation Registered Nurse and currently works in Washington, DC as the National Polytrauma Coordinator for the Veterans Health Administration. Lisa has presented nationally on a variety of topics including stroke life support, traumatic brain injury, and management of clinical patients in crisis. She is currently a student at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences Nursing research PhD program in Bethesda, Maryland, where she is studying the research relationships in research ethics and nursing psychology, pharmacology and infectious disease.

Lisa is a presenter with a distinctive passion and excitement for many subjects in nursing, including both qualitative and quantitative nursing research. She is well known for her ability to deliver engaging presentations with a real-life practical approach that allows for easy learning and application.
