KEVIN KINGHORN, JD

Kevin Kinghorn, JD, is the owner of Kinghorn Heritage Law Group, PLC, and has been a practicing attorney in Tucson and southern Arizona for over 20 years. His practice includes all facets of estate planning including trusts, probate, trust administration, Medicaid and VA planning, and business planning and formation. For Kevin, estate planning is much more than creating comprehensive legal documents. The most important benefit of estate planning is the peace of mind that comes from knowing one’s affairs are in order and the best has been done to protect one’s family and loved ones.

After earning an associate’s degree in accounting from Brigham Young University – Hawaii and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, Kevin graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arizona College of Law. He earned the third highest score on the Arizona Bar exam and is a member of the State Bar of Arizona. He is also admitted to practice law in Colorado and before the U.S. Supreme Court and U.S. Tax Court. Kevin is an adjunct faculty member at Pima Community College where he teaches business law and is an instructor in the College’s paralegal program.
