PATRICIA KEANE MARTIN, JD

Patricia Keane Martin, JD, is a partner at Pabian & Russell, LLC concentrating her practice in the areas of estate planning, elder law, disability benefits planning, probate and trust administration. In addition, she has extensive experience with all aspects of probate litigation involving will contests, estate administration disputes, trust and fiduciary disputes, and contested guardianships and conservatorships. She regularly serves as trustee of special needs trusts and as a court appointed guardian ad litem.

 

Ms. Keane Martin frequently lectures on special needs planning, elder law, and probate controversies. She has been a lecturer for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and was an instructor in business law at Northeastern University. Ms. Keane Martin is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys: Public Policy Committee and Litigation Review Committee. She earned her BA at William Smith College and JD at Suffolk University Law School.
