KRISTIN CHANDLER, JD

Kristin Chandler, JD, is the state coordinator for Team Two, a training curriculum for law enforcement and mental health crisis workers on responding collaboratively to mental health crises. Kristin is an adjunct professor at Norwich University where she teaches Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Evidence. She was a Vermont Assistant Attorney General for the Department of Mental Health for eight years, where she focused on criminal cases, involuntary commitments and involuntary medication hearings. Ms. Chandler began her legal career as a deputy prosecuting attorney in Seattle, Washington, with a focus on domestic violence.
