DAVID JOHN FREDERICK, N.M.D., B.S.

David J. Frederick, N.M.D., B.S., received his medical degree from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and Health Services in Tempe, Arizona. He is a board certified naturopathic physician in the state of Arizona. He maintains a busy practice treating patients with mental health concerns at Integrative Mental Health Center in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Dr. Frederick’s practice focuses on trauma disorders, including PTSD. He has treated hundreds of patients suffering from the chronic effects of trauma. He has a lifelong interest in natural, clinically proven, and time-tested interventions. As a naturopathic physician, Dr. Frederick uses a combination of holistic treatments, as well as managing and tapering prescription medications. 

Dr. Frederick enjoys educating and empowering patients, students, and health care providers about the applications of nutrition and traditional medicine. He has researched nutritional medicine, botanical medicine, traditional Chinese medicine and homeopathic medicine for over 30 years. Dr. Frederick maintains memberships with the Psychiatric Association of Naturopathic Physicians and The Homeopathic Academy of Naturopathic Physicians.
