AMI GRACE, LCSW, CHT

Ami Grace, LCSW, CHT, has spent 12 years as a licensed therapist in private practice and specializes in working with teens, young adults, and women. She has helped hundreds of clients heal depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, and bulimia by using holistic techniques and an alternative approach to healing. Ami noticed many of her clients began to seek out her holistic approach, as they were frustrated with traditional western medicine and the common push for antidepressants. Ami’s observation of clients who wished to heal naturally without the use of antidepressants and traditional talk therapy cultivated the birth of her holistic psychotherapy approach.

Ami’s holistic healing system not only relieves the symptoms, it gets to the root cause of the problem and results in rapid healing. Ami Grace has developed a two-step holistic healing system. The first stage includes assessing neurotransmitter deficiency and treatment using mood-balancing neuro-nutrients (amino acid supplements). The second stage involves energy therapy techniques to release negative emotion combined with a transformational healing technique for deep inner healing.

Ami is a neuro-nutrient specialist and has studied with the best-selling author of The Mood Cure and The Diet Cure, Julia Ross, MA. She is now teaching other therapists about neuro-nutrient therapy for mood balancing and its beneficial addition to holistic psychotherapy and alternative medicine.

She is passionate about teaching other therapists her holistic techniques that are alternative and quite promising for the future of mental health.
