Lisa Perla has a broad range of experience in the field of neuroscience nursing. Lisa is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse and currently works in Washington, DC as the National Polytrauma Coordinator for the Veterans Health Administration. Lisa has presented nationally on a variety of neurologic topics including stroke life support, traumatic brain injury, and neurologic emergencies. She is a member of the American Association of Neuroscience Nurses (AANN) and the founder, past president, and board member for the Tampa Bay Chapter of AANN.

Lisa is a presenter with a distinctive passion and excitement for neuroscience nursing. She is well known for her ability to deliver engaging presentations in a real-life practical approach that allows for easy learning and application.
