ROBERT DONATELLI, PHD, PT
Robert Donatelli, PhD, PT is the Director of Out Reach Sports Program in Las Vegas, NV where he works directly with the UNLV hockey team and is responsible for the development of a post-concussion program and assessment and treatment of injuries. During his career, he has worked with an impressive list of sports teams as well as professional and Olympic athletes including Andy Roddick, Jimmy Connors, John McEnroe, Natalie Gublis, the Chinese Olympic Team, and most recently with Dan Uggla of the Washington Nationals.
In addition to his accomplishments in the clinical arena, Dr. Donatelli has lectured both nationally and internationally as a keynote and has published over 30 articles in peer reviewed journals and published three textbooks: Physical Therapy of the Shoulder 5th Ed, Orthopedic Physical Therapy 4th Ed, Biomechanics of the Foot and Ankle 2nd Ed and Sports Specific Rehabilitation 1st.

Shante Cofield, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS, CF-L1, aka The Movement Maestro, is a former Division I athlete with a passion for movement surpassed only by her passion for learning. Shante graduated from Georgetown University and then continued her educational pursuits at New York University, graduating with a Doctorate in physical therapy and becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. Shante practices in Los Angeles with specialties ranging from CrossFit injuries to pelvic floor dysfunction. As a Selective Functional Movement Assessment provider, Shante utilizes a movement-based treatment approach that incorporates manual therapy, NeuroKinetic Therapy, corrective exercises, and techniques such as kinesiology taping and IASTM. Additionally, Shante is a Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialist and holds a CrossFit Level I trainer certificate.

MILICA MCDOWELL, MSPT, DPT, ACSM-HFS
Milica McDowell, MSPT, DPT, ACSM-HFS, specializes in orthopedic and sports medicine rehabilitation. She is certified by the ACSM as a Health Fitness Specialist. In addition to teaching courses in Kinesiology and Biomechanics in the Health and Human Performance Department at Montana State University – Bozeman, Milica established Clearwater Physical Therapy in 2004, a practice where she maintains a clinical caseload in physical therapy. Clearwater offers state of the art technology like an Alter-G treadmill, IASTM, dry needling and kinetic chain integration. She is co-owner of Bluebird Medical Supply Company, a DME provider serving Southwest Montana, which works with patients throughout the lifespan and functionality spectrum. Milica is a co-founder of 4cSports Injury Analytics, a biomechanics analysis software company that works in the markerless motion capture space. An avid athlete who played basketball throughout college, she’s training for her 3rd Ironman triathlete, enjoys hot yoga classes, is an aspiring far biker, and is the proud mother to a 10-year-old black diamond skier.

Margaux Lojacono, PT, DPT, MS, OCS, FAAOMPT, Cert. MDT, graduated from Ithaca College with a Master of Science degree in physical therapy from Daemen College in 2007. She has worked for Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center since 2001 in a variety of settings and works at the Summit Healthplex satellite outpatient clinic. She is the lead physical therapist for the Center’s multidisciplinary concussion management team. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists and is also board-certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.

Joe Lorenzetti, PT, DPT, MS, OCS, FAAOMPT, Cert. MDT, MTC, graduated from D’Youville College in 2004 with his master’s degree in physical therapy. In 2010, he completed his Doctorate in physical therapy through the University of St. Augustine in St. Augustine, Florida. Joe also earned his Manual Therapy Certification through the same University. He is also certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT). He finished the Orthopedic Manual Physical Fellowship offered by Daemen College in 2014. He most recently completed the orthopedic clinical specialist examination through the American Physical Therapy Association. Joe serves as a Fellowship mentor for the McKenzie Institute and Daemen College. He is also an adjunct instructor for both the Bryant & Stratton College Physical Therapy Assistant program and the Daemen College Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy program. He is the Clinical Specialist for the spine program at Catholic Health System in Buffalo, NY.
