Caroline Welch, MA, JD, is chief executive officer and co-founder with Dr. Dan Siegel of the Mindsight Institute in Santa Monica, California, and the author of The Gift of Presence: A Mindfulness Guide for Women.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, with a master’s degree from the University of Southern California, she started her legal career as a corporate litigator. Caroline was introduced to mindfulness practices more than 40 years ago while working in Japan for three years. She offers workshops worldwide on cultivating mindfulness, resilience, and well-being.
She has two adult children and lives in Santa Monica, California with her husband, Dan, and their dog, Charlie.
