Overview of the Evergreen Certifications Team:
The Evergreen Certifications team is a group of strategic thinkers who create and market dynamic certifications. This team focuses on identifying and evaluating topics for mental health, healthcare and rehab professionals that are both relevant and exciting. Additionally, this team builds relationships with experts in the fields of psychotherapy, rehabilitation and healthcare, assisting them in the development of certifications; while collaborating with a small, close-knit team. This is a team of experienced business-minded professionals with whom you will grow and expand your knowledge through collaboration and innovation.

What You Will Be Doing: (responsibilities)
We are looking for a wildly creative and talented email marketer. The person in this position should have outstanding copywriting skills, strong business acumen and enjoy working in a team environment. Most importantly, this marketer must tap into their entrepreneurial spirit and data-driven business sense to guide decisions.
  • Create and execute impactful email marketing campaigns and funnels
  • Write compelling copy that builds trust and drives readers to obtain certifications that will enhance their practice
  • Measure email performance and use metrics to drive informed marketing decisions
  • Test new strategies to build audiences, increase engagement and boost reach  
  • Coordinate and align marketing efforts with business operations to launch new certifications, market existing certifications, promote partnerships and increase certification renewal rates.

What You Bring to the Team: (skills and requirements)
  • College Degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism or related field and/or relevant sales experience
  • Proven success with writing that compels action  
  • Ability to measure email performance using analytics tools and sales reports
  • Ability to articulate strategy and tell stories with data
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment


What Would Thrill Us:

What You Bring to the Team: (Skills and Requirements)
  • Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience using affiliate marketing platforms like Impact.com, Everflow, PartnerStack, etc.
  • Interest in managing accounts in affiliate, channel, influencer, publisher, or growth marketing.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance metrics and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and effective interaction with stakeholders.

What You Will Be Doing: (Responsibilities)
  • Support external partners to introduce PESI to new audiences and generate affiliate revenue.
  • Play an integral role in managing and improving profitability using data insights and tools.
  • Onboard partner accounts aligned with PESI values and set them up for ongoing success.
  • Create repeatable products and offers for various affiliate channels (social media, email, etc.).
  • Execute scalable strategies that optimize automation processes, discounts, payouts and other custom solutions.
  • Assess partner initiatives, forecast changes, and monitor metrics to measure success, identify areas for growth, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Respond to escalation and setbacks with increased effort, creativity, and calm.
  • Provide creative and technical support for affiliate relationships and programs.
  • Communicate affiliate processes and needs to internal teams and adapt external communication to effectively influence stakeholders from solopreneurs to CEOs.
  • Stay on top of affiliate marketing trends to ensure our campaigns align with industry best practices and maximize outcomes.

Who We're Looking for:
With rapidly growing dynamic business opportunities both nationally and internationally, we're looking for an Email marketer who thrives on writing strategic campaigns that generate immediate sales. The person in this position should have outstanding copywriting skills, strong business acumen and enjoy working in a team environment.

The person in this role will manage a sales-based Email calendar with an entrepreneurial mindset — treating each campaign as if they were the sole owner, driving monthly sales, and growing revenue year over year.

What You Will Be Doing: (responsibilities)
  • Write and develop compelling offers (both short and long-form copy) that drive conversions
  • Manage Email calendar, including selecting campaigns, maintaining calendar layout, writing copy, and analyzing and reporting results
  • Identify new opportunities to increase KPIs through automation, segmentation, and A/B testing
  • Use your own creative abilities and data skills to enhance and refine our proven marketing methodology
  • Measure and analyze marketing campaign performance to make data-driven decisions that allow you to rapidly respond to the needs, demands, and tastes of our audience

Requirements:
