Gretchen Ehret, MA, CCC-SLP, has been a practicing speech-language Pathologist for the past 8 years in a wide range of clinical and educational settings from elementary through high school (both Title 1 and in Blue Ribbon School Districts), outpatient pediatric and adult clinics, acute care, skilled nursing, and private practice for both pediatric and adult patients. Throughout her career, she has noted that in nearly every facility in which she worked, those with direct patient or student contact struggled with maintaining healthy ranges of stress. Seeing this as a growing concern, Gretchen enrolled at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) in order to receive her certification as a professional coach. In addition to coaching and practicing as an SLP, Gretchen is also an active public speaker and Infinite Possibilities Trainer. Gretchen has spoken at four international conferences, and presented at the National Association for Gifted Children’s Conference in November 2013. Her private company, Empowered Pathways, offers one-on-one and group/corporate coaching for individual teachers, healthcare providers, or groups working within the same healthcare network or schools.
