Talia Manahan, MS, CCC-SLP, is a licensed and certified speech-language pathologist working in both the skilled nursing setting as well as the private practice setting. She has worked with individuals exhibiting a wide range of disabilities including aphasia, dysarthria, dysphagia, cognitive linguistic disorders and traumatic brain injury. Her passion is helping individuals achieve their goals so that they can communicate and function as confident individuals in the community.
Talia is a sponsored speaker who currently travels presenting to other speech pathologists about the most current cognitive treatments and interventions. Her professional areas of specialty include dysphagia, cognition, tongue thrust, vocal cord dysfunction, and pediatric speech and language impairments. Talia earned her Master of Science in Speech Language pathology from the University of Tulsa and her Bachelor’s Degree from Oklahoma State University. She maintains a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and is an active member.
