William Elliott, Ph.D., is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with 45 years of experience in correctional mental health treatment.  His clientele has included juvenile and adult offenders housed in the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Indiana Department of Correction, and Illinois Department of Corrections.  Dr. Elliott has worked with hundreds of severely personality disordered clients, both male and female.  Moreover, he has conducted specialized training in the management and treatment of Cluster B personality disorders with scores of psychologists, substance abuse counselors, and other mental health professionals.  Dr. Elliott served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Criminology at Indiana State University for 25 years.  He is the author of Game Over! Strategies for Managing Inmate Deception, as well as numerous professional journal articles.
